This was a dilapidated rental which had not been maintained since 1997 with severe cracking in walls and generally in very poor condition. We demolished the exterior laundry at the rear and replaced it with a European Laundry inside the front door. We retiled the bathroom with a niche and reconfigured the kitchen. We painted, polished the floorboards and built a small Jarrah deck at the rear which has created an uplifting family space.
